What are the delivery times?
Your orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (business days). Standard delivery within mainland France takes 2-4 days. Returns are free within 14 days!
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes! In-store pickup in Gatteville-le-Phare is free. You can also pick up your order for free at the Myla'Mode store in Montebourg. You will receive an email when your order is ready.
How do I wash clothes so they last?
Wash at 30°C, inside out, and avoid tumble drying. Our care labels will guide you to preserve the colors and quality!
Our customer service is available Monday to Thursday, from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5:30pm, or on Saturday, from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm.Average response time: 2 hours
